Dignity Learning is a free educational resource created by Restoring Dignity, a nonprofit organization based in Omaha, Nebraska. Dignity Learning houses Restoring Dignity’s practical, multilingual Welcome Home curriculum and makes it freely available.
Our curriculum is designed to help families build the knowledge and skills needed to create safe, healthy, and financially stable homes. Courses include:

Materials are available in multiple languages and are designed to be practical, accessible, and easy to use across diverse communities. All materials are also presented as editable Canva templates, so they can be customized for each community.
Dignity Learning was developed from Restoring Dignity’s years of experience providing in-home education to refugee families. By making these resources available online at no cost, we hope organizations and communities everywhere can use, share, and adapt this knowledge to help families thrive.

Dignity Learning curriculum was developed over years by the dedicated staff at Restoring Dignity.
Curriculum Creators
Our curriculum creators developed and wrote the original Welcome Home curriculum that is now available online via Dignity Learning. Drawing on their experience working alongside refugee families and their understanding of the challenges families encounter in their homes. Their work established the lessons, teaching materials, and practical approach that became the foundation of what is now available on Dignity Learning.

Our multilingual, in-home educators are the heart of the Welcome Home Curriculum that is now available online via Dignity Learning.
